principle

Air through the filter and heater into the air divider at the top of the drier, hot air entering the drier was uniform spiral. liquid material through the filter by pumping to the drier by centrifugal atomizer to spray liquid into tiny droplets of mist, and liquid contact with hot air and flow,  moisture rapid evaporate, in a very short period of time got into a dry powder. Collect at the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone segregator, exhaust released from the fan.
